Elephant Power: Lower Core Strength
This yoga practice is designed to yoke you back to your inner, divine power.
Lower core strength means we feel a sense of strength, balance, and harmony within our mind, body, heart, and spirit.
My intention for this yoga class is to practice in a way that connects each of us individually and collectively to the Elephant Power of Ganesh – who is a peaceful, gentle, strong and wise being – so that we walk in balance and harmony with our divine, inner purpose.
We will strengthen the lower core by practicing an asana sequence that connects and anchors us to the feet, shins, and legs, so that you can draw energy upwards from Mother Earth to energize, strengthen, and empower your hips, pelvic diaphragm, abdominals, and lower back.

Healing Injury? For those who have a history of injury or trauma and notice that the effects of the minor/major injuries are beginning to interfere with your everyday lives, please note that all of the yoga classes are naturally healing.
Each yoga class is designed to help release stored pain, anxiety, stress, or tension you may be experiencing so that vital, healing energy – prana – can move freely through the entire body. When vital energy is flowing freely (not obstructed), you experience positive emotions, revitalized energy, mental clarity, lightness, pain relief, and an overall sense of well-being.

Whether you have attended any of my yoga classes in the past or not, you are welcome to attend any or all of these classes.
