My overall goal is to offer a total of four (4) classes.
My aim is to teach you 4 healing yoga classes and bring into your everyday life healthy living practices that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

ALL ARE WELCOME
Whether you have attended any of my yoga classes in the past or not, you are welcome to attend any or all of these classes.
SKILL LEVEL
- Beginner – with at least 6 months of yoga experience
- Intermediate
- Advanced
PROPS
- One yoga mat
- Two firm blankets
- Two firm bolsters
- Two yoga blocks
- One yoga belt
- Two or three sandbags, if you have
- Dharma wheel, if you have
Practice any or all of these suggestions at least one week before the yoga classes
- Practice a yoga flow while consciously breathing through your nostrils to produce internal heat that will help you relieve tightness in your muscles, bones, and joints. As we inhale and exhale through our yoga poses, the heat (yang/agni/fire) sparks our digestive fire, while we release (yin) toxins and/or impurities in our body.
- Refrain from eating a heavy meal two hours prior to sleeping.
- Drink water with organic lemon juice and honey/maple syrup, to alkalize your body and stimulate your digestion to support your rejuvenation.
- Read articles on how to support your immune system.
- Create a gratitude journal and journal everyday.
- Practice your favorite restorative pose for 20 minutes a day.
