Adhomukha Svanasana – Downward Facing Dog with 2 Blocks at The Wall
- Place your mat short wise next to a wall.
- Place 2 blocks longwise at the wall on the outer edges of the mat.
- Set up a bolster in the middle of the mat, short edge next to the wall.
- Set up in Downward Facing Dog and place your hands on 2 blocks at the wall.
- Place your forehead on the bolster. If your head does not easily touch the bolster add a folded blanket to raise the platform.
- If you have the flexibility, connect your crown chakra or third eye onto the bolster.
- Hold the pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Gently drop onto all fours. Relax.
- Repeat 3 x.
