Adhomukha Paschimottanasana – Forward Fold (safe inversion) with a Chair
- Place the back of a chair at a wall.
- Have 2 bolsters available.
- Sit on edge of the chair and add the 2 bolsters onto thighs.
- Outstretch both legs and fold forward at the hips.
- Rest your forehead and 3rd eye onto the top bolster.
- This relaxes and calms the mind.
- Breathe evenly for 5-10 soft breaths cycles.
- Lift your torso slowly out of the pose.
- Sit upright and feel the effects of the pose.
- Relax.
