Yoga for Core Strength and a Healthy Back
Bring in the new with this “Spring” yoga practice that helps you to develop core strength in your abs and torso, and relieve pain and tension in your lower back.
This class is dedicated to strengthening and lengthening the Psoas muscles (deep abdominal/spinal attachment muscles), Quadratus Lumborum muscles (lower back muscles), and Gluteus muscles (buttock’s and hip muscles), so that you experience pain relief, create more core strength, stand more upright, and feel more confident.

Each yoga class is designed to help release stored pain, anxiety, stress, or tension you may be experiencing so that vital, healing energy – prana – can move freely through the entire body. When vital energy is flowing freely (not obstructed), you experience positive emotions, revitalized energy, mental clarity, lightness, pain relief, and an overall sense of well-being.
